Meet the People Behind the Machines
We’re a group of innovators and cannabis industry experts who work every day to solve our customers’ post-harvesting challenges. We have collective decades of experience across cultivation, extraction, and technical SKU process development, and we’re proud to work with some of the top processors in the market. All of our patented processes, including the award-winning Crop-to-Cure® method, Cryo-Trim®, and Cryo-Sieve®, were developed by our team to help operators make better products more efficiently. We’re based in Santa Rosa, California and work with clients across the world.
Founder & CEO
TJ is the founder and CEO of The Original Resinator and Industry Processing Solutions, and the inventor behind the trimming and extraction technology that shaped how the industry processes its biomass. He built the first Original Resinator in 2011 and has been a cultivator and industry advocate throughout.
COO
Stephanie is co-owner and Chief Operations Officer of both The Original Resinator and Industry Processing Solutions. She has worked in event planning and execution since 1999 and in cannabis since 2006, specializing in system design, workflow, and commercial harvest and processing management.
Processing Specialist
Rustin is a co-founder and CTO of Industry Processing Solutions and a partner at The Original Resinator. Fifteen years in cannabis have given him hands-on depth across solventless extraction, closed loop systems, and distillation. He trains processing teams, writes SOPs, and has been freeze drying since 2017.
Operations Lead
Wendy started in cannabis in 2009 helping manage a small hydro store in San Francisco, then moved into operations: customer support, fulfillment, purchasing, accounting, and logistics for several industry companies. She joined The Original Resinator in 2018 and is happiest outdoors.
Fractional CMO
Eric has worked in cannabis marketing, sales, and account management for almost 10 years. He joined in early 2022 and leads marketing and sales strategy for both companies.
Our team took home 1st place at 2023’s Emerald Cup for Innovative Product: Consumable, in collaboration with Compound Genetics and Node Labs. Teamwork makes the dream work!
