How the Buyback Works
Warranty Coverage
Limited warranty against manufacturer defects, measured from the date of purchase. Original purchaser only, non-transferable, and not applicable to pre-owned equipment. Full terms, exclusions, and voiding conditions apply.

What a Buyback Needs From You
So that nothing comes as a surprise at the end of the process, here is exactly what the program requires.
- Original purchaser only, with proof of purchase. Secondhand, pre-owned, and restored units are not eligible.
- The machine must be in perfect working order, undamaged, and returned complete in its original packaging.
- Missing or damaged parts are replaced at cost and deducted from the repurchase amount.
- Screens are only eligible if they come back brand new, inside their original packaging.
- Machines must be cleaned to the buyback cleaning manual. Machines that arrive uncleaned incur a deep cleaning fee of $250 to $500.
- Return shipping and full-value transit insurance are your responsibility, and shipping, taxes, and fees are excluded from the repurchase amount.
- Every buyback is subject to review and explicit approval by The Original Resinator.
Returns Outside the Buyback Program
Products and equipment that are not covered by the buyback program can be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. Returns must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Regular priced items only, sale priced items are not eligible.
Accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is your responsibility.
