Shipping Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
The Original Resinator, LLC (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) ships from our facility at 3620 Airway Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed and dispatched, what shipping costs are based on, and what to do if a shipment arrives damaged. It is incorporated by reference into the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
WHERE WE SHIP
Whether you are in the United States or across the globe, we have a shipping option to suit your needs.
Customers with a shipping address in the United States or Canada are initially provided with a FedEx Ground shipping quote. We also offer UPS, DHL, USPS and LTL freight options for larger orders. Expedited shipping is available from any carrier you choose. Please let us know your preferences and needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Customers with shipping addresses overseas are provided with a quote from DB Schenker Logistics, one of the leading worldwide shipping and customs brokers.
Some destinations are quoted rather than rated automatically at checkout. If a rate is not returned for your address, please contact us and we will quote the shipment for you.
ARRANGING YOUR OWN SHIPPING
Any customer, anywhere, may choose to arrange their own shipping from our warehouse. Pickup hours and location, as well as package dimensions, weights, HTS codes, and any other shipping information you need, will be provided free of charge on request.
ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days after payment has been received and cleared. Machines and equipment that are built, configured, or sourced to order are dispatched according to the production schedule for that order. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
HOW YOUR ORDER SHIPS
Screens, parts, accessories, and other smaller items ship by parcel carrier.
Machines, equipment stands, and equipment bundles are palletized and ship by LTL freight carrier. Freight carriers deliver to the address on your order, and someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. If your delivery site requires a liftgate, a residential or limited-access delivery, or a scheduled delivery appointment, please tell us before your order ships so that we can arrange it with the carrier. Requirements that are not identified in advance may result in additional carrier charges or a failed delivery attempt.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Freight shipments of machines and other palletized equipment are rated by weight and destination. Duties, taxes, and customs brokerage on international shipments are covered under International Shipments below.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The Original Resinator is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes due for international shipments and does not ship anything duty-paid.
Non-machine orders and orders of single Resinator OG machines will ship with a parcel carrying service such as UPS or DHL with Incoterms DAP. Please let us know if you wish to provide your own customs broker information. Otherwise, the carrier will assign one and notify you of any duties/taxes due to complete delivery.
XL Resinator machines and other large equipment orders which require freight shipments typically ship with Incoterms DAP as well. We use LTL freight carriers for Canada/Mexico and air freight carriers for overseas shipments, though sea freight is available upon request. Many freight carriers require you to assign a broker and provide your Tax-ID in advance. We will notify you if this is the case.
You may also request any of the following arrangements:
- Pick up of freight orders at your nearest port with Incoterms CIP for air, CIF for sea, not including duties/taxes.
- Delivery to your designated freight forwarder within the continental United States with Incoterms FCA.
- Pickup directly from our warehouse in Santa Rosa, CA with Incoterms EXW.
If your country requires a product inspection before shipment or upon landing at the port, you will be responsible for notifying us of this and covering any additional cost the inspection requires.
For all international orders, we will provide a copy of the required shipping documents for your review before shipping. These documents may include a Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Pack List, and any eligible Trade Agreement declarations or required inspection forms.
The Original Resinator insures international shipments only to the initial delivery location indicated by your Incoterms. If you use a freight forwarder you are responsible for making sure they inspect the shipment and report any damage upon arrival at their facility. The Original Resinator will not replace or refund items damaged by freight forwarder carriers or any carriers beyond the destination indicated by the Incoterms.
TRACKING
We send tracking information by email to the address on your order once your shipment leaves our facility. Please check that the email address on your order is current.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY AND INSPECTING FOR DAMAGE
All Resinator machines are shipped insured, signature required.
When your order arrives, DO NOT sign for it immediately. Have the driver wait while you check all boxes for signs of damage. If outer packaging is damaged, please take pictures, then proceed to opening it to make sure your equipment is not damaged.
For shipments within the United States, if equipment is damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us. On international shipments, our insurance reaches only the delivery location indicated by your Incoterms, as described under International Shipments above.
The Original Resinator is not liable for damage that occurs in shipping. If a damaged order is signed for, it can take weeks for a claim to process and incur additional charges for items to be replaced. We cannot file claims for damage if it has been more than one week since your delivery date, and we are not responsible for replacement costs.
LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If tracking shows your shipment as delivered and you have not received it, please contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times, production schedules, shipment dates, delivery estimates, or anticipated completion dates provided by The Original Resinator are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual production and shipment schedules may vary due to material availability, vendor performance, manufacturing delays, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, customs delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of The Original Resinator.
Changes to estimated lead times, production schedules, or shipment dates shall not, by themselves, constitute a breach of contract and shall not automatically entitle a customer to cancellation, refund, reimbursement, chargeback, or consequential damages.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Requests to change a delivery address after an order has shipped are subject to carrier approval and may incur additional charges. Order cancellation requests are governed by our Buyback Program, Returns, Warranty and Additional Policies.
RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned product or equipment. Returns, restocking fees, and buyback shipping terms are set out in full in our Buyback Program, Returns, Warranty and Additional Policies.
