Increased hydrocarbon processing efficiency with the XLS Pro
HOW THE XLS PRO CHANGES EVERYTHING
The XLS Pro was designed for high volume commercial operators who need to maximize their margins and minimize costs. Its game changing liquid nitrogen-driven technology supercools a rotary chamber to make live extracts with or without solvents in a fraction of the time that traditional methods require.

ANY TYPE OF BIOMASS
Whether you’re using primo grade A fresh frozen, dry trim, or anything in between, the XLS Pro is equipped to make the best SKUs possible no matter what biomass you’re processing.
Premium live solventless without water using the XLS Pro
INCREASED HYDROCARBON PROCESSING EFFICIENCY
Perhaps best of all, with the XLS Pro’s biomass reduction capabilities, you can dramatically reduce the amount of gas or butane you need to run your live resin columns and get equivalent or even better yields with live sift. This equates to up to 85% efficiency gains no matter what closed loop system you use.
The XLS Pro in commercial extraction use
PREMIUM LIVE SOLVENTLESS WITHOUT H2O
Topshelf solventless rosin, rosin vapes, and more are possible with the XLS Pro without the headaches of plumbing, ice, and water that are typically required. Ultracold liquid nitrogen-made Nitro-Sift™ creates equivalent solventless SKUs to ice water hash faster than ever.
KEY FEATURES
  • Image
Process your live resin more than twice as fast and with half the gas without sacrificing yield or quality – a year’s worth of extraction effort now takes just a few months
  • Image
Make premium live solventless cheaper with zero plumbing, water, or ice by extracting live sift using the same fresh frozen you’re used to washing
  • Image
Its USA-made, rugged, temperature fluctuation resistant 304L stainless steel chassis is built for heavy usage, dependable performance, and easy cleaning
  • Image
PLC touchscreen controls with programmable automation settings, including batch recipes, CO2/LN2 dispersant solenoid, temperature control, and variable speed settings with super-slow RPMs replicate gentle hand-performed trimming, sifting, and washing
  • Image
Engineered for use with ultra-low temperatures allowing for utilization of liquid nitrogen in addition to liquid CO2, which optimize cold chain applications and diversifies extraction plus separation use cases
  • Image
Jacketed chamber with cryo ports for glycol chiller addition or liquid nitrogen option, allowing fresh frozen material to maintain subzero temperatures without heat transfer which is key for live processing in waterless and iceless hash production
  • Image
The blade-less automated trimming functionality leverages liquid CO2 or liquid nitrogen to Cryo-Trim® not only live, but fresh frozen and dry cured flowers
